Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, based on a standard disease activity score (DAS-28 score above 3.2)

  • People who are allergic to or cannot tolerate the medications fexofenadine or methotrexate
  • People with a history of alcohol abuse
  • People who have recently made changes to their medications, such as changing the dose or switching to a different medicine (confirm with trial site)
  • People currently taking hormone replacement therapy, warfarin, or other blood-thinning medications
