- People who are having a certain type of serious heart attack (called STEMI) at the time of the catheter procedure
- People for whom the pressure-based blood flow test (FFR) or the medications used during it are not medically suitable
- People who have a bacterial infection in their bloodstream or a life-threatening infection (sepsis)
- People who have significant problems with their blood's ability to clot normally
- People who have severely unstable blood pressure or are in circulatory shock
- People who have the most severe stage of heart failure (confirm with trial site)
- People who have severe disease affecting the valves of the heart
- People who have previously had a heart transplant
- People who have acute kidney failure at the time of screening, as determined by their treating doctor
- People who are pregnant
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical study that could affect the results of this trial
- People who have other serious health conditions that, in the opinion of the study doctor, could affect their participation (confirm with trial site)
