Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (a condition causing scarring or inflammation in the lungs) within the last 5 years, as confirmed by a team that includes at least one lung specialist and one joint/autoimmune disease specialist
- People whose lung scans (a detailed type of CT scan taken within the last 12 months) show certain specific changes in the lungs, such as haziness, thickening, or scarring patterns

- People who have had a breathing function test (spirometry) done within the 6 months before joining the registry
- People who are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not able to attend the required follow-up appointments or complete the tests and assessments set out in the study plan
- People who cannot be assessed by a specialist team that includes at least one lung specialist and one joint/autoimmune disease specialist
- People whose lung disease appears to be caused by something other than an autoimmune condition — for example, workplace exposures or toxic substances — as determined by the specialist team
