Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who identify as South Asian, with both biological parents having ancestry from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, or Bangladesh

Who may not be able to join:
- People under the age of 18
- People who are unable to give informed consent to participate
- People with reduced kidney function, specifically where kidney filtering rate is at or below a certain level (confirm with trial site)
- People with a resting heart rate of 70 beats per minute or higher, or 66 beats per minute or higher for those taking a type of heart medication called a beta blocker
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 35 or above
- People who have previously had a serious allergic reaction or any other medical reason that prevents them from receiving iodinated contrast dye, which is a substance used in certain imaging scans
- People who are unable to undergo a CT coronary angiography (a type of heart imaging scan) for any reason
- People who are pregnant
