  • People who have already been diagnosed with a sleep disorder — such as insomnia, delayed sleep phase syndrome, narcolepsy, or restless leg syndrome — as confirmed through a structured sleep assessment interview
  • People who are experiencing serious thoughts of suicide, including any plan or past attempt
  • People who are currently taking part in any structured talking therapy or psychotherapy program
  • People who have a hearing or speech difficulty
  • People who have travelled across multiple time zones in the past 3 months, or who plan to do so during the study period
