- People with poorly controlled high blood pressure, heart failure, or heart rhythm problems
- People for whom enhanced CT or MRI liver scans cannot be performed
- People who have had a serious infection recently, or who are currently taking antibiotics for a systemic infection
- People with active autoimmune diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body)
- People with a history of another cancer that cannot be cured
- People who have previously had an organ transplant
- People who are pregnant
