• People who have had a serious infection recently, or who are currently taking antibiotics for a systemic infection
• People with active autoimmune diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body)
• People with a history of another cancer that cannot be cured
• People who have previously had an organ transplant
• People who are pregnant
