  • People whose genetic (NGS) test shows no relevant gene mutation, or shows a mutation for which no approved targeted medication exists
  • People whose physical functioning is significantly limited (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are pregnant or not using an effective method of contraception
  • People with a history or current presence of serious heart or brain/blood vessel conditions
  • People with significant liver or kidney problems, such as jaundice, fluid build-up in the abdomen, or certain abnormal blood or urine test results (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds)
  • People with a significant ongoing infection (confirm with trial site for severity level)
  • People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before joining, or who have not yet fully recovered from surgery
  • People with epilepsy, or known or untreated cancer that has spread to the brain
  • People with wounds, ulcers, or fractures that are not healing, or who have had an organ or tissue transplant in the past
  • People with a history of significant bleeding episodes or blood clotting disorders
  • People with a known HIV infection
  • People with a history of drug misuse or who are unlikely to follow the trial requirements reliably
  • People who still have significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment (with some exceptions such as hair loss, anaemia, or thyroid issues — confirm with trial site)
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
