Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease (a condition where nerve cells in the brain gradually break down, such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease).
• You experience insomnia, excessive sleepiness during the day, or confusion at night.
• You frequently wake up during the night, fall asleep unexpectedly during the day, or become confused at night.
• You show one or more of the following behaviors: wandering at night or doing things at inappropriate times; agitation or aggressive behavior; confusion, disorientation, or severe mental cloudiness.
• A sleep study (where your sleep is monitored overnight) has shown poor sleep quality with frequent or long wake-ups, and daytime sleepiness tests have confirmed you are overly sleepy during the day.
• You have other medical symptoms that are not directly caused by your main diagnosis (confirm with trial site).
• You may have another sleep disorder, such as restless legs or sleep apnea, as long as it does not fully explain your main sleep problems.
• Meeting any one of the above conditions may be enough to qualify (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with another neurological disorder (a condition affecting the brain or nervous system beyond the main diagnosis).
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
