Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are known or suspected to have an allergy or medical reason to avoid the study drug or related medications, including sacubitril valsartan sodium and similar drug classes
- People who have previously been unable to tolerate the recommended full dose of certain blood pressure or heart failure medications known as ACE inhibitors or ARBs
- People who have a history of angioedema, which is a type of sudden swelling under the skin, often around the face or throat
- People who experienced an acute coronary event (such as a heart attack or severe chest pain episode) within 6 weeks before the first trial visit
