Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to take part and agree to sign a consent form.
- You are 18 years of age or older (any gender can apply).
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma), confirmed by a tissue sample, cell sample, or medical imaging.
- Your liver cancer falls within certain defined stages of severity — specifically stages Ib (a single tumor 8 cm or larger), IIa, IIb, or IIIa, with some exceptions around how the cancer has spread (confirm with trial site for exact staging details).
- Your liver is functioning reasonably well, based on a scoring system called Child-Pugh (you must score 6 points or fewer, which means "Grade A").

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a specific type of liver or bile duct cancer other than standard hepatocellular carcinoma (such as cholangiocarcinoma or mixed cell carcinoma).
- You have had, or currently have, another active cancer (other than liver cancer) within the past 5 years.
- You currently have, or have been diagnosed with, a lung condition involving scarring or inflammation of lung tissue.
- You have an active autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body), or a history of one that could come back.
- You have an active infection, an unexplained fever of 38.5°C or higher in the week before joining, or an unusually high white blood cell count.
- You have a condition that weakens your immune system, such as HIV.
- You are known to be allergic to monoclonal antibody medications, anti-cancer drugs that target blood vessel growth, or their ingredients.
