For cancer patients:
- Adults aged 18 or older

Who may not be able to join:
- People with uncontrolled psychosis, active thoughts of suicide, or who have been hospitalised for psychiatric reasons within the past year
- People with a cognitive impairment that would prevent participation in the study
- People who are currently taking part in another individual or group evidence-based therapy program or other psychosocial research trial
- People with alcohol or substance dependence (other than nicotine) in the past 8 weeks
