  • You have liver tumors (metastases) that spread from colorectal cancer (a low-grade type), confirmed by biopsy or medical scans, and you are about to start a new cancer treatment

  • You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • You have a hole or abnormal opening between the chambers of your heart (cardiac shunt), or you have high blood pressure in the arteries of your lungs (pulmonary hypertension)
  • Your kidneys are not working well enough, shown by a specific blood test result (creatinine level above 1.5 mg/dl)
