- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with INOCA (a condition where the heart does not get enough blood flow, but no blockages are found in the main heart arteries)
- People who are currently taking low-dose aspirin (100 mg daily by mouth for more than 3 days, or who recently received a higher dose of aspirin through a drip followed by 100 mg daily by mouth)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently taking or have recently taken certain blood-thinning or clot-dissolving medications, including clot-busting drugs, certain injectable blood thinners that work on platelets, blood thinners taken by mouth, or a class of medications called thienopyridines
- People whose platelet count (a blood measurement related to clotting) falls outside the range of 125–450 (×10⁹/L) (confirm with trial site)
- People with other serious health conditions where life expectancy is estimated to be less than one year
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to the medications used in this trial, or to any of their ingredients
- People with significant kidney or liver disease
