Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are living with HIV
- People who currently smoke cigarettes and have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in their lifetime, and currently smoke at least one cigarette per day
- People who are willing to set a date to try quitting smoking within 2 weeks of joining the study
- People who are able to give written consent to take part in the study
- People who are able to read Khmer at a sufficient level, as measured by a short literacy assessment (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a medical history that would prevent them from safely using nicotine replacement therapy
- People whose doctor or clinician determines they are not suitable to participate due to a medical or mental health condition
- People who are already enrolled in another smoking cessation program or who are currently using other stop-smoking medications
