- People with factors that could interfere with the study, such as alcohol or drug dependence, other serious illnesses needing complex treatment, significant mental health conditions, or major abnormalities in lab test results
- People with a history of severe mental illness
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, have other clinical or test-related reasons that make participation unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
