- People who have previously experienced serious side effects from IL-2 treatment, including serious heart rhythm problems, chest pain, heart complications, severe kidney problems, severe breathing difficulties, prolonged loss of consciousness or confusion, seizures, bowel or serious digestive complications (confirm with trial site for the full list).
- People who are currently taking other cancer treatment medications or steroids, due to the risk of drug interactions.
- People who are known to be pregnant or breastfeeding, as there is not enough evidence on the safety of this treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
