Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are able to read, speak, and understand English well enough to follow the study without an interpreter.
- You have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia Syndrome that meets specific official guidelines set by the American College of Rheumatology (from 2016).

Who may not be able to join:

- You have an autoimmune condition (for example, rheumatoid arthritis), as diagnosed by a doctor.
- You have nerve-related pain (called neuropathic pain), as diagnosed by a doctor.
- You have pain related to a terminal illness, sudden acute pain, or pain caused by damage to a specific organ (for example, a stomach ulcer), as diagnosed by a doctor.
- You are currently taking any medications used to control your weight (for example, Xenical/orlistat).
- You need an interpreter to communicate.
- Your blood test results show abnormal levels of creatinine (a kidney marker), vitamin B12, or liver function (confirm with trial site).
- Your kidney filtering rate (a measure of how well your kidneys work) is below a certain level, specifically below 45 mL/min/1.73m² (confirm with trial site).
