Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with invasive HER2-positive breast cancer, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue

Who may not be able to join

- People who have difficulty swallowing tablets or who have problems absorbing medication through the digestive system
- People who have previously been treated with, or are currently being treated with, a type of anti-HER2 medication called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor
- People who participated in another clinical trial within the last 4 weeks
- People with a history of immune system disorders, including HIV, other inherited or acquired immune deficiencies, or a history of organ transplant
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who test positive on a pregnancy test at the start of the trial
- Women of childbearing age who are unwilling to use effective contraception for the duration of the trial
- People with significant other medical conditions that, in the treating doctor's judgment, would increase the risks of participating in the study
