Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 or older

  • People with adequate blood count and kidney function (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds)
  • People with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • People who are willing to take part and sign a written consent form

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have previously had a liver transplant
  • People with serious complications from severe liver scarring, including a history of bleeding from veins in the food pipe or stomach, episodes of brain confusion caused by liver failure, or large amounts of fluid build-up in the abdomen
  • People with active autoimmune diseases, or a history of autoimmune disease (conditions where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
  • People living with HIV or AIDS
  • People who have a known allergy to any ingredient in tislelizumab or regorafenib
  • People who have already had radiotherapy to the same areas that would need to be treated in this trial
  • People whose tumours are located in positions where safe radiation doses cannot be delivered without exceeding safe limits for nearby healthy organs
  • People who cannot tolerate radiation or systemic treatment due to heart problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • People with a history of other cancers, except for certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical changes that have been fully treated and cured
