Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old at the time of signing the consent form
- You must be able to follow the study's rules and requirements, as judged by the study doctor
- (Group 1) You have severe allergic and/or eosinophilic asthma and are either already receiving a biological medicine as part of your standard treatment, or are about to start one
- (Group 2) You have chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (with or without asthma), are about to start a biological medicine as part of your standard treatment, and meet the official criteria to have that biological medicine covered/reimbursed
Who may not be able to join:
- If you do not meet the official criteria required for your biological medicine to be covered or reimbursed, you would not be eligible to participate in this study
