  • People who have had an organ transplant, are planning one, have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having liver cancer or another cancer, or are currently on medication that suppresses the immune system
  • People with serious conditions affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys, or brain, eye (retinal) disorders, or high blood pressure or diabetes that is not well controlled
  • People who drink alcohol heavily (on average more than 40g per day for men or more than 20g per day for women) or who use illicit drugs
  • People who have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the past three months, or anyone the research team considers unsuitable for other reasons
