Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People living with chronic heart failure, where the heart's pumping function (measured as LVEF) is 50% or below
- People whose heart failure has been stable for more than one month, with no recent hospital admission for heart failure in the past month, and who are able to move around independently with mild to moderate breathlessness (NYHA stage I to III)
- People whose heart failure medications have been reviewed and optimised by their doctor
- People who are able to take part in activities, either in person or remotely
- People who are enrolled in the French social security system
- People who have given written agreement to take part in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already been practising yoga regularly (more than once a month) in the six months before being considered for the trial
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whose heart failure is caused by specific heart conditions, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive heart disease, or a serious heart valve problem that could be treated with surgery
- People with severely reduced kidney function (GFR below 25 ml/min/1.73 m²) or who are currently on dialysis
- People who are under a legal protection order, such as guardianship or curatorship
- People who are not open to practising yoga (confirm with trial site)
- People who are already taking part in another intervention research study
