Who might be able to join this trial:
- The child must be between 7 and 17 years old
- The child must have normal vision, with glasses or contact lenses if needed
- The child must be able to understand the instructions given during the study

For children with normal hearing only:
- The child's hearing test results must show normal hearing levels (average hearing threshold of 30 dB or less)
For children with bilateral cochlear implants only:
- The child must have had at least 2 years of experience using two cochlear implants together
- The child must be able to recognise speech at an average rate of 80% or higher when using both cochlear implants
Who may not be able to join:
- Children who have a complete loss of balance function in both ears
- Children who have been diagnosed with an attention deficit disorder
- Children who have a known neurological or psychiatric condition
- Children who have a condition affecting eye movement control
- Children whose parents or guardians are not affiliated with a social security scheme or an equivalent scheme that covers the child's participation
- Children who are currently taking part in another interventional research study that has an exclusion period that has not yet ended
