- People where the quality of a particular heart scan (a CT scan of the heart arteries) is expected to be too poor to be useful.
- People who have already had a heart artery CT scan or an invasive heart artery imaging procedure during the current hospital stay or within the past week.
- People with a known allergy to a type of heart-rate medication called beta-blockers or to the dye used in imaging scans.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have already been enrolled in this trial before.
