Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- Both men and women are eligible
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (a condition where ongoing sinus inflammation occurs alongside growths inside the nose)
- People who have allergic rhinitis (an allergic condition causing symptoms such as a runny or blocked nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes)
- People who currently smoke, or who stopped smoking less than one year ago
- People who have certain underlying systemic conditions affecting the whole body, such as Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (formerly known as Morbus Wegener) or Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (formerly known as Churg-Strauss Syndrome) — other similar conditions may also apply (confirm with trial site)

Primary endpoints
Functional differences between epithelial/basal cells from CRSwNP samples in comparison to healthy controls assessed with functional assays.; Characterization of differences in gene expression profiles and epithelial populations in/between CRSwNP and healthy controls assessed with different sequencing techniques.; Changes and interactions in the basal and regulatory T-cell axis between healthy and CRSwNP-isolated cells will be studied through co-culture experiments.
