Who might be able to join this trial:
- Black/African American and Hispanic/Latina cisgender women
- People diagnosed with a substance use disorder (a condition where use of alcohol or drugs causes significant problems in a person's life), based on standard medical guidelines (DSM-5)
- People who have tested negative for HIV
- People who have been sexually active with a male partner in the past 6 months

- People who have a medical reason why PrEP would not be safe for them — for example, known kidney problems that could be made worse by PrEP
