Who may be able to join
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer (stage I to IV) that has not yet been treated with any first-line therapy and is planned to be treated with chemotherapy before surgery, or chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy before surgery.
- The cancer must be measurable by ultrasound or MRI, with that scan done within 28 days before starting treatment.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have had chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or major surgery within 4 weeks before joining the study, or who have not yet recovered from side effects of treatments given more than 4 weeks before joining.

- People with a history of serious allergic reactions to drugs with a similar chemical or biological makeup to those used in this trial.
- People who are unable to safely receive radiation therapy, for example due to having previously had radiation to the same area of the body, having an active connective tissue disease, or having a genetic condition that makes them highly sensitive to radiation.
- People who have a serious active infection currently requiring treatment with antibiotic, antifungal, or antiviral medication.
- People with uncontrolled ongoing illness, including but not limited to active infection, heart failure with symptoms, unstable chest pain, or irregular heart rhythms.
- People with a psychiatric illness or personal circumstances that would make it difficult to follow the study requirements.
- People with a history of an active, ongoing seizure disorder.
- People with substance abuse issues, or medical, psychological, or social conditions that could interfere with participation in the study or the assessment of results.
- People with any unstable condition that could affect their safety or ability to comply with the study.
