Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancer outside of the liver, or whose cancer outside the liver has come back within the last year.

- People who have a blood or bone marrow disease, such as blood cancer, abnormally low or high platelet counts unrelated to liver disease, Polycythemia Vera (a condition where the body makes too many red blood cells), or inherited disorders affecting red blood cells.
- People who have previously had a liver transplant.
- People who have received a blood transfusion in the last 7 days.
- People who are taking blood thinners or platelet-reducing medications, except for low-dose preventative injections of a specific type of blood thinner called LMWH — if this low-dose treatment has been used, certain blood tests must be taken more than 12 hours after the last injection (confirm with trial site).
