Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are currently pregnant
- People attending antenatal care at Chitungwiza Central Hospital
- People aged 15 or older
- People who are willing to give their consent (or assent, for younger participants) to take part

- People who are unable to give informed consent or assent, or who are unable to take part in study procedures in either Shona or English
- People who have a serious, unstable, or untreated mental health condition — such as active psychosis or untreated bipolar disorder — that would prevent them from fully participating in the study
