Who might be able to join this trial:
For young people:
- You are willing to take part and have permission from a parent or guardian
- You are between 12 and 18 years old
- You are currently a patient at Kids Plus Pediatrics
- You are currently experiencing depression
- You sleep less than 7 hours on school nights, and/or you sleep and wake more than 2 hours later on weekends compared to weekdays
For parents/guardians:
- You are 18 years old or older and are the parent or guardian of a young person joining the trial
- You spend at least 10 hours per week in person with the young person
Who may not be able to join:
For young people:
- You have a serious or unstable physical health condition
- You have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, nightmare disorder, or periodic limb movement disorder
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar disorder, a psychotic disorder, or a substance use disorder
- You are currently receiving therapy focused on improving sleep (such as CBT for sleep)
- Your medications have changed in the month before screening
- You are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide that need immediate treatment
- You are unable or unwilling to follow the study's procedures
- You have any physical or mental health condition that would prevent you from taking part (confirm with trial site)
For parents/guardians:
- You are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide that need immediate treatment

- You are unable or unwilling to follow the study's procedures
