Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 years
- People who have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) confirmed by tissue testing, at an early stage (classified as BCLC stage 0 or A)

- People who showed no signs of cancer returning on imaging scans taken 2 to 4 weeks after ablation treatment (a procedure that destroys tumour tissue)

Who may not be able to join:

- People who have received any treatment for liver cancer before, whether targeting the liver directly or through the whole body
- People who have any current serious infection, an active autoimmune disease, a history of autoimmune disease, or a weakened immune system
- People who are still experiencing serious complications from their ablation procedure
- People who have had bleeding from varicose veins in the oesophagus or stomach within the past 6 months
- People who are unable or unwilling to follow the treatment plan and attend required monitoring visits
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
