Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with wild-type ATTR amyloidosis (a specific type of protein build-up disease that is not inherited)
• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who have signs that the heart is affected, as shown by an ultrasound of the heart or a cardiac MRI scan

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose amyloidosis is not the ATTR type
• People whose heart failure symptoms fall into the more severe categories known as NYHA Class III or IV (confirm with trial site if unsure which category applies)
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have previously had a pacemaker implanted
• People who have a serious medical or psychiatric condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, could prevent them from fully understanding the written consent form
