  • You were first diagnosed with stage 1 to 4 breast cancer within the last 10 years

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who have regularly practiced mindfulness or received complementary therapies — such as acupuncture, massage, stress-reduction programs, or energy therapies — within the past 60 days
  • People who are currently taking prescribed medication specifically for insomnia (sleep problems)
  • People with an unstable medical or mental health condition, as decided by their cancer doctor (confirm with trial site)
