Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who do not have both a heart ultrasound and a heart MRI scan available from the time of diagnosis
- People who had a pre-existing heart muscle disease before their Takotsubo syndrome diagnosis
- People who have previously had a heart attack
- People with known or suspected permanent heart muscle damage that existed before this condition
- People with a known disease affecting the heart valves
