Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are about to start treatment before surgery, or you have colon cancer and have had surgery to remove it and now need additional treatment — confirmed by a laboratory test.

Who may not be able to join:

- You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, except for a common, easily treated type of skin cancer called basal-cell carcinoma.
- You have a known condition where your immune system does not work properly, or you are living with HIV.
- You are taking long-term steroid medications, certain heart rhythm medications, or strong pain medicines (opioids) and are unable to stop taking them during the heart rate training part of the study (confirm with trial site).
- You have diabetes, an irregular heartbeat (heart arrhythmia), or a pacemaker implanted in your body.
- You do not meet all of the requirements listed above for joining the trial.
