- People who have previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy drugs (known as PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 inhibitors), including experimental immune-based treatments
- People who have any medical reasons that would make immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy unsafe for them (confirm with trial site)
- People who have an active autoimmune disease that required medical treatment at a whole-body level within the past 2 years (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site)
