Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are expected to live less than one year due to a serious non-heart-related illness
- People who are unable to give their own consent to take part in the trial
- People who are in a state of severe heart failure where the heart cannot pump enough blood to the body (called cardiogenic shock)
- People whose heart is pumping at very low capacity (less than 15% of normal function)
- People with a significant blockage in the main artery that supplies the heart (called left main disease)
- People who have had a blood clot form inside a previously placed heart stent
- People who have blockages in bypass graft blood vessels that need treatment (whether or not those blockages caused the current heart attack)
- People who have a completely blocked artery that has been blocked for a long time (chronic total occlusion)
- People whose blocked arteries cannot be treated
- People where doctors are unable to identify which blockage caused the current heart attack
- People with a known allergy to any of these medications: aspirin, ticagrelor, prasugrel, clopidogrel, paclitaxel, or sirolimus
