Who might be able to join this trial:

• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within a certain functional range (rated 0–2 on a standard medical scale)
• People who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue

• People who have already received two standard courses of systemic cancer treatment

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been diagnosed with another cancer (other than colorectal cancer) within the past 3 years
• People who are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial or have received another experimental drug or device within the past 4 weeks
• People who have previously been treated with certain immune checkpoint drugs (such as anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-PD-L2 therapies), other drugs targeting specific immune receptors (such as CTLA-4, OX-40, or CD137), or a drug called fruquintinib
• People who have taken traditional Chinese medicine or immune-modifying drugs with anti-cancer uses within the past 2 weeks (except for local use to manage fluid around the lungs)
• People who have had an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment within the past 2 years (low-dose replacement therapy is not included in this)
• People who have been diagnosed with an immune deficiency condition, or have received corticosteroids or other immune-suppressing treatments within 7 days before the first dose
• People who have received radiation therapy to the liver within the past 2 weeks
• People who have known cancer spread to the brain or the lining around the brain or spinal cord
• People who have received systemic corticosteroid therapy within 7 days before joining the trial
