Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are between 18 and 65 years old, of any gender
• People who are currently working as a nurse or nursing staff member (such as a Certified Nursing Assistant) in the United States
• People who currently work night shifts or rotating shifts that include at least 2 nights per week, and have been doing so for at least 3 months
• People who expect to continue working at least 2 nights per week over the next 6 months
• People who are experiencing poor sleep, as measured by a specific sleep questionnaire score (confirm with trial site for exact score details)
• People who have daily access to the internet through a smartphone, tablet, or computer
• People who can read and write in English
• People who are willing and able to sign a consent form to participate

Who may not be able to join:

• People who regularly take medications that affect sleep, or who have been diagnosed with alcohol or substance use disorder, or a thought disorder
• People who have unstable sleep or health conditions that would require additional medical care beyond what this study provides, such as untreated sleep apnea
• People who are considered at elevated risk for suicide, or who have an uncontrolled seizure disorder, a history of manic or hypomanic episodes, or who are currently pregnant
• People who are currently receiving non-drug-based treatment for insomnia, such as cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia
• People who are currently using sleep or alerting medications in an unstable or changing way (confirm with trial site)
• People who are already taking part in another research study that uses very similar methods or procedures
