• People whose kidney function blood test results (creatinine and blood urea nitrogen) are within the limits set by the trial
• People whose blood counts (haemoglobin, white blood cells, and platelets) meet the minimum levels required by the trial, with additional conditions for those who have had gastrointestinal bleeding
• People who are willing to participate voluntarily and sign a consent form

• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People with severe mental health or neurological conditions
• People who have had another serious, life-threatening cancer in the past 3 years (not including certain minor skin cancers or very early-stage cancers, confirm with trial site)
