- People aged between 16 and 29 years old
- People who feel confident reading and understanding English
- People who have scored between 9 and 17 on a standard depression questionnaire called the PHQ-9, and whose daily functioning is affected (in line with a diagnosis of clinical depression)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have been receiving HIV care and treatment for less than 6 months
