• People who have already received treatments aimed at managing (rather than curing) the cancer, such as certain procedures delivered through blood vessels, radiation therapy, or systemic drug treatments.
• People with significant heart or kidney problems that would make certain treatment procedures unsafe.
• People who have had another type of cancer in the past.
• People with an infection that cannot be controlled.
• People with a history of HIV.
• People who have had gastrointestinal bleeding within the past 30 days, or any other serious bleeding episode above a certain severity level (confirm with trial site).
• People who have had an organ or cell transplant in the past.
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
