Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be between 18 and 99 years old
• You must be willing to take part in the study
• You must have chronic rhinosinusitis (a long-term sinus condition) as defined by established medical guidelines (confirm with trial site)
• You may qualify for Group 1 if you have chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps (growths inside the nose)
• You may qualify for Group 2 if you have chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps confirmed by a camera examination or scan, and you are planned to be treated with a medicine called dupilumab
• You may have, or not have, a condition where anti-inflammatory painkillers (like aspirin or ibuprofen) make your breathing worse
• If you have previously been treated with a type of medicine called monoclonal antibodies, at least 6 months must have passed since you stopped taking them

Who may not be able to join:

• You cannot take part if you are pregnant (confirmed by a blood test) or breastfeeding
• You cannot take part if you have severe structural problems inside your nose that prevent a full examination of the nasal cavity
• You cannot take part if you have cystic fibrosis or a condition called primary ciliary dyskinesia
• You cannot take part if you have a condition that permanently weakens your immune system
• You cannot take part if a mental health condition prevents you from fully understanding what the study involves
• You cannot take part if you have significant other health conditions, as decided by the research team
• You cannot take part if your sinus condition got significantly worse in the 4 weeks before your screening appointment
• You cannot take part if you took a short course of steroid tablets for your sinus condition in the 4 weeks before your screening appointment
