For patients visiting the Emergency Department:
- People aged 12 years or older who are attending the Emergency Department in South Africa

- People who do not speak English, Afrikaans, or Xhosa (the languages spoken by the study team)
For healthcare staff:
- Staff members who have already been interviewed through another trial site (if they work at more than one location)
- Staff members who do not agree to take part in an interview or survey
