  • People who have had a heart attack, stroke, other cardiovascular event, or cancer within the past 24 months
  • People who have a psychiatric or neurological condition, or who have been diagnosed with — or are considered at high risk for — sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless leg syndrome, or narcolepsy
  • People who take certain medications that affect a liver enzyme called CYP1A2 (confirm with trial site for specific medications)
  • People who have an allergy or intolerance to nuts or tree nuts, or who are unwilling to eat the foods provided as part of the study
