Who may not be able to join:
- You are unable to give informed consent due to a serious mental or physical illness
- You are currently enrolled in another HIV prevention or treatment study (being in a substance use treatment program is okay)
- You were previously assigned to a specific part of this study (called the IMPACT arm) before March 2025 (confirm with trial site)
- You do not speak English
- You are currently incarcerated or expecting to be incarcerated
- You are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- You have any other medical or behavioral condition that the study team believes could affect your safety, your ability to follow the study steps, or the study's results (confirm with trial site)
