  • You are aged 10 years or older (male or female)
  • You are able to provide written agreement to take part (or a parent/guardian can do so on your behalf if you are younger)
  • You have a known or likely harmful change (variant) in one of five specific heart muscle genes (TTN, LMNA, MYBPC3, DSP, or FLNC), OR you are in the process of being tested for one of these gene variants (if your test comes back negative, you may still be invited to join a comparison group)
