Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your child is between 6 and 17 years old
- Your child has been diagnosed with positional obstructive sleep apnea (a type of sleep apnea that is worse when sleeping on their back) based on an overnight sleep study, with specific test results meeting set thresholds (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- Your child has very severe sleep apnea that requires immediate treatment such as surgery to remove the tonsils and adenoids, or a breathing machine (CPAP)

- Your child has a muscle or nerve disease they were born with or developed over time
- Your child has differences in the structure of their face or skull

- Your child has a serious ongoing lung or breathing condition that affects their oxygen levels or breathing during sleep
- Your child has autism spectrum disorder or a significant developmental delay that might make it hard for them to tolerate a sleep positioning device
- Your child is currently using a CPAP or similar breathing machine during sleep
- Your child has bone or joint problems, or any other condition that limits how they can position themselves during sleep
