Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People living with HIV (PLWH) who have been receiving care at one of 12 participating clinics in Philadelphia, were diagnosed with HIV at least one year before certain clinic measures are taken, had a Philadelphia address at the time of their HIV diagnosis, and have at least one recorded CD4 or viral load test result after their diagnosis

  • Clinic workers who do not hold one of the specific roles designated by the study
  • People living with HIV who were discharged from a participating clinic because they moved away or for other reasons, or who have passed away, will not be eligible to enter the pre-implementation group
  • Clinics assigned to the standard-of-care group will not receive the ARC program, though their workers will be asked to complete surveys on the same schedule as those in the intervention group (confirm with trial site)
