Who may be able to join
- People who are between 50 and 90 years of age at the time of screening.

- People whose score on a functional assessment (CDR-SB) is above zero, indicating some difficulty with daily activities.
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of mild cognitive impairment or dementia that is not related to Alzheimer's disease.
- People who are currently taking certain prescription antibody medications used for Alzheimer's disease, specifically lecanemab (Leqembi) or aducanumab (Aduhelm).
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving an investigational treatment within the past 90 days.
- People who have a diagnosed liver or kidney disease.
- People who have a significant or unstable medical condition affecting the blood, heart, lungs, digestive system, hormones, or other body systems.
- People who have a diagnosed digestive or stomach condition, including (but not limited to) irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcers, Crohn's disease, acid reflux disease, gastritis, severe indigestion, or problems absorbing nutrients from food.
- People whose blood or urine test results at screening show clinically significant abnormal values, such as problems with blood clotting, anaemia, low white blood cell or platelet counts, abnormal liver function, or reduced kidney function (confirm with trial site).
